I realise it's been a few days since my last blog post (apart from one I just created), I've been pre-occupied with building my new PC and life in general. I started jogging today, my legs ache because I haven't really run for such a long time. I enjoy it though - my "circuit" is very flat at the moment. I managed 3 laps (I needed to walk one and a half laps-but it still counts as exercise don't it?).
