I've seen a few rainbows recently. I took this recently in Manchester and it's probably my best rainbow photograph ever. The combination of the sky ride attraction, the building construction and the dark sky made it all the more vivid.
FW, that is such a beautiful shot! You should make it bigger and frame it! I love the contrast of the ride against the dark clouds! Great rainbow catch, too! That looks like a fun ride.

What an outstanding shot! I agree that between the dark sky, the lights and shapes of the ride, and the rainbow...wow!
Tara: Framing it is an excellent idea, I might investigate whether I could do that.
LB: Thanks, it was just one of those occasions when I thought "yeah, this would make a great photograph" and I took it and yes it did!
