Apocalypse Now was based on Heart of Darkness, I haven't read that book yet but the film was great (especially the soundtrack).
The idea of having any similar traits to a world leader sort of put me off even taking that test! I can understand your point but I don't think you need to worry, there must be something wrong in the logic of that quiz to compare anyone normal to him.

I could only handle 9 too at the moment, but I remember taking this test before. I took it again and I got the same result:
