Imagine you paid a lot of money for a laptop on eBay. What if the seller took months to get it to you, despite quick payment? And what if it was actually broken when you finally received it? What could you do to get your own back?

Caatje: I have managed to avoid eBay completely so far... I wouldn't spend a lot of money there even if I did use it (not that I have a lot of money in the first place!)
